Project: Animal Walk Cycle
For this project, I animated walk cycles for both foxes and horses as a way to study movement, anatomy, and timing in animation. By observing real reference footage and breaking down each step into key poses and transitional frames, I focused on understanding how different animals carry their weight, shift momentum, and express personality through motion.
The goal was purely educational—an opportunity to practice foundational animation principles such as spacing, rhythm, and silhouette clarity while comparing the contrasting gaits of two very different species.
